At Blackwater Lotus Co., we're committed to getting your plants, gear, and apparel to you safely and on time. Here's what you need to know:

Processing Times

• Live plants & in-stock items: 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order apparel & accessories (Printify/Printful): 3–7 business days
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping Times

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited options may be available at checkout
• Live plants ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays in transit

Shipping Rates

• Calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination
• Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when eligible

Local Pickup

• Available at our Surfside Beach, SC location
• Select "Local Pickup" at checkout — you'll receive a notification when your order is ready

Live Plant Shipping

• We ship live plants within the contiguous United States only
• Plants are carefully packaged to survive transit; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
• If your plant arrives damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), contact us within 48 hours with photos at sarah@blackwaterlotus.com

International Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States only
