Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Live Plants
- Dead on arrival (DOA): Full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery with photo proof
- Plants must be reported damaged within 48 hours of delivery
- We cannot accept returns on healthy plants
Apparel & Accessories
- Defective or misprinted items: Full refund or replacement within 30 days
- Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective
- Items must be unworn and in original condition

- Non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping
